Make a bid for Bigs and Littles
We all know that one of the attractions of being a Big Brother or Sister is getting to play like kids. So, think of our upcoming art auction as your chance to play at being an art collector for an evening while helping us fund more matches between Bigs and Littles.
The auction, “Bids for Bigs” will be Saturday, January 29, 2005 from 7-10 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus in Westboro.
You’ll get to bid on highbrow art and lower brow items (Sports fanatics, these are for you!), sample tasty hors d’oeuvres from Peppers Fine Foods and choose beverages from a cash bar. There will be live music, door prizes and other surprises too. Credit cards are welcome for auction items.
