From The West
- Take Mass Pike to Exit 12 (Framingham Rt. 9).
- After toll, take Rt. 9 East towards Framingham.
- Follow Rt. 9 for 3 - 4 miles (You will pass several car dealerships).
- Take the Edgell Road – Main Street Exit off Rt. 9
- Follow ramp and take a right at the lights.
- Take the 2nd right onto Franklin Street.
- Follow Franklin Street for 1 – 2 miles.
- On the corner of Franklin Street and Pearl Street, you will see Franklin Commons.
- Our office is located in Building #4.
- Additional parking is available across the street at Sovereign Bank if necessary.
From The East
- Take the Mass Pike to Exit 13 (Natick-Framingham).
- After to toll, bear right onto Rt. 30 West.
- Follow Rt. 30 for about 1 mile (you will pass several malls and shopping plazas).
- Take a left onto Rt. 126 at the lights at the Rt. 126 / Rt. 30 intersection (there will be a Shell station).
- Follow Rt. 126 for about 2 miles.
- Take a right onto Lincoln Street at the lights after the Dunkin Donuts.
- Follow Lincoln Street to the end and proceed onto Union Avenue.
- Take the 2nd left onto Linden Street.
- At the end of Linden Street, take a left onto Franklin Street.
- Follow Franklin Street for about ¼ mile.
- On the corner of Franklin Street and Pearl Street, you will see Franklin Commons.

From The North And South
- Take Rt. 495 to Exit 23 (Rt. 9 East).
- Once you are on Rt. 9, please follow the FROM THE WEST directions.
**Franklin Commons is a cluster of several slate blue townhouses. We have two entrances – from the parking lot or Pearl Street.**
